UNeECC ERASMUS NETWORKING MEETING

AVIGNON

3-4 MAY 2010

PROGRAMME

Location: all the sessions will take place on the town-centre campus of the university (campus centre-ville, site principal Sainte Marthe), in the « old » building (« bâtiment classique »).

Address: 74, rue Louis Pasteur. You can also enter the campus from « Porte St Lazare » if you are coming from outside the « Remparts ».

Monday 3^rd May

1:50 pm: meeting point in the main entrance hall of the « old » building on the ground floor

2:00-6:30 pm:

Location : Salle des thèses, ground floor, east wing

Welcome speech by Professor Jean-François Bonastre, Vice-president of the University of Avignon

Opening speech by Dr Wim Coudenys, board member of UNeECC, Lessius University College

Presentation of each participating institution. 10 minutes maximum for each presentation

(16 institutions in total)

Coffee break around 4:30 pm, at International Office on the ground floor.

8:30 pm: dinner at restaurant « Le Bazou ». Address: 24, rue du Chapeau Rouge.

Tuesday 4^th May

8:50 am: meeting point at the International Office

9:00-10:00 am: visit of the campus

10:00-10:30 am: coffee break at the International Office

10:30-12:30 am:

Location : Salle des thèses, ground floor, east wing

"Erasmus speed dating" : networking discussions in groups of  2 institutions. Change of partner every

20 minutes. Main objective: to discuss existing and/or future Erasmus agreements.

12:45-1:45 pm: lunch at the university restaurant (« modern » building, ground floor)

2:00-6:00 pm:

Location : Salle des thèses, ground floor, east wing

"Erasmus speed dating" networking discussions continued

Coffee break around 4:30 pm, at the International Office on the ground floor.

Discussion of potential multilateral projects  (eg: Erasmus Intensive Programmes, summer courses,  etc.)

Moderator : Carole Gueret, Vice-rector of the University of Avignon

Conclusion

8:00 pm: dinner at restaurant « Le 75 ». Address: 75, rue Guillaume Puy.
