I combine scientific research with business consulting and urban policy, I implement my concepts in schools, backyards, cities, but also in domestic and international companies. I am a founder and president of Critical Education Association. I translated Banksy’s book, write tales, and develop methodical aids. During European Capital of Culture 2016 I was honoured with a honorary medal and was awarded in the 30 creative citizens of Wrocław 2017. Since 2017 Rector’s Proxy for CSR.

Academic roles: Dr. Edit Kővári is an associate professor at the University of Pannonia Faculty of Business and Economics. Her Ph.D. thesis which was completed at the University of Derby Business School focusing on hotel managers' emotional intelligence and its relation to task and contextual performance within organisational culture. She also wrote several books and articles, took part in various national and international projects as a professional expert. In 2015 she founded the Faculty's mentor program (Pannon Pentor Program) for Hungarian and international students. Apart from being a professor, she is a practising coach and trainer of emotional intelligence, communication and resilience. She also works with Hungarian settlements' decision-makers and influencers to develop liveable city environments. Edit was presentation member for European Capital of Culture (ECOC) bid for Veszprém 2023 and after winning the title she became the University of Pannonia representative of ECOC and the Secretariat of the University Network of European Capital of Culture (UNeECC).

Academic roles: Dr. Glen Farrugia, Ph.D. (Leics) is a Chief Operations Officer of Academia at the Institute of Tourism Studies. He is lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate level on subjects related to Tourism Management, Culture Heritage and Museology, Heritage sites. His responsibility cover supervision of dissertation, external examination and tutoring.  He is a member of Research Ethics Boardat the Institute for Education as well as Board Member (MATSEC Examinations Department) at University of Malta. He is serving the Government of Malta through two boards; the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Appeals Board & National Curriculum Framework Implementation Board. Dr Farrugiapublished several papers and books and his contribution to tourism & Higher Education is widely known.
